David Waathiq using one of his aliases to register a Delaware company

Notice the use of M. David Wattiq instead of Waathiq on the certificate!
ONE OF THE MANY ALIASES OF
M. C. David Waathiq (David West) also known as Mujaahid D. Waathiq also known as M. David. Wattiq

Mujaahid David Waathiq uses many different aliases to avoid linking his reputation, name, history, and creditors to his new and recent fraudulent activities. By using different aliases he makes it hard for people to pin his actions on him (after all, for a court of law Mr. Wattiq and Mr. Waathiq are not the same person even though it is a mere technicality).

The other name of the second founding member of Advanced Technology Publishing LLC has been removed to protect the innocent who, at the time, did now know David was scheming, plotting, and planning to get the company registered without having to pay anything for it himself. Another trademark action of Mr. Waathiq, or should we say, Mr. Wattiq instead? Or his most recent usage of M. David West, Dave West, etc.

Also notice that Mr. Waathiq once again uses his Woodside address as the office address while in fact the address is nothing other than a mail and post office box.

Because Mr. Waathiq uses the above address for his businesses and commercial operations it is required that he registers any foreign companies (companies that are registered in other states) in California. Mr. Waathiq knows this so please do not allow him to claim he is ignorant of this fact. He will probably have a nice story to tell you about how it isn't required but stories like that will not go very far with those who do know the facts and how business registration should be conducted.
