The following is a piece of communication we were given in relation to Sondra Carver who was acting on behalf of Mr. Waathiq by sending a letter to a company that contained a magnitude of lies and assumptions along with blatant accusations. Mr. Waathiq had described and introduced Sondra Carver as the attorney of Advanced Technology Publishing and then later denies it with a passion, only to be confronted with his own words again.

First, Ms.Carver holds a law degree from and accredited law school and she is my personal financial advisor an act as a financial advisor for ATP. She does NOT practice law but does provide me with financial and tax planning advice. Because I trust her and given her legal education she is indeed someone I go to for legal discussions and legal guidence on an informal basis. If you check our web site you will see that she is represented as a JD not as our attorney though informally I feel she is a trusted personal legal go-to person for me. She never said she was a practicng attorney in any communication thatI had the ocassion to be copied on --nor did I tell you she was a praciting attorney. You may wish to understand our relationship as attorney -client but neither I nor Ms. Carver have charaterized that relationship as such. Therefore, I stongly encourge you not to misrepresent my confidence and trust in her as a statement about her legal credential-- to do so would be a mistake and a real twist of the communication about our relationship.

Regarding Mrs. Carver’s “attorney” credentials/status. Allow me to refresh your mind with the July 29 e-mail message in which you wrote “Sondra Carver our Attorney and ATP’s Financial Advisor just prepared a letter to you in and attempt to address the issues in question at my request.” The title of attorney is reserved for those that did pass the bar. I am confident that a real attorney could explain it to you.
