If you do not wish to get yourself in trouble you will think again because Mr. Waathiq will undertake many different actions that are for his benefit only, and he will do so with vastly ulterior motives than the ones you would suspect from someone who is hired or contracted to do advertising, consultancy, or sales related tasks.

Some of the things he is known to do and what you should watch out for include:

Mr. Waathiq alters agreements (contractually binding or otherwise) between you and your clients.

Mr. Waathiq makes different deals and agreements with your clients than those that you are aware of or asked him to establish and/or manage.

Mr. Waathiq will modify written contracts/agreements you have provided him with for particular sales tasks. He does so in order to easily close a sale and cash in on the commission you provide him with. The modifications in written agreements will most certainly always result in weakening your legal protection clauses.

Mr. Waathiq will grab every opportunity, or otherwise create opportunities, to misappropriate your business resources, equipment, phone numbers, addresses, etc. for his own use that may be different from that of your company and your interests.

If you provide aid and support to Mr. Waathiq, by allowing him the use of communications equipment and other business resources which you own or are otherwise responsible for, you could be implicated in his fraudulent activities and potentially can be held responsible for the results of his actions that were undertaken by him, under your responsibility.

Mr. Waathiq will often arrange all sorts of great deals for you, like advertisements or web designs, but will do so by making different arrangements with third parties who he will not pay the agreed amount for services rendered, leaving you liable for the damages and extra cost that you did not know but are still responsible for if Mr. Waathiq operates under your responsibility. Make sure you NEVER allow Mr. Waathiq to manage your investment portfolio or IRA pension fund. Never provide him with important information.

Mr. Waathiq will mess around with official paperwork of any kind if he can benefit from it, financially or otherwise. You should never let him even near any such materials. He will also claim that any other official records you may uncover about him are untrue, false, incorrect, inaccurate, or otherwise forged by people who "have something against him". He will play any card and come up with any excuse in order to make you doubt the validity of information you have found about him. Do not fall for it. Contact us if you are in any doubt and remember that official court documents are easy to get (public record).

Mr. Waathiq will try and gain leverage over you by pretending to be more experienced and knowledgable so that you trust him to do what is best for the company and your interest. That is a big mistake because it provides him the kind of freedom to skim and scam as he sees fit.

Mr. Waathiq makes a lot of grammar and spelling errors. We have it on good authority that this is because Mr. Waathiq has been illiterate (at least until several years ago). He will provide excuses such as it being a medical condition relating to his hand-eye coordination. But ask yourself whether someone with the kind of track record he pretends to have would really be so unable and incapable to write coherent sentences. This is often the thing people first notice about him but unfortunately too few people allow themselves to notice the combination of all these small details that just do not match up with the way and track record he presents you with.

If you are aware of Mr. Waathiq's history, con-artistry, fraudulent activities, legal troubles, and prior court records and bankruptcies and still wish to aid and assist him you should also be ready to accept the consequences and responsibility.
Mr. Waathiq will often demand a job description and function that implies seniority (things such as vice president, senior manager, associate publisher, etc.) because he can then use the references to those in order to boost his bio and pretend to be something he is not in order to gain the trust of other parties or be taken more seriously than he otherwise would be taken. His desire for important sounding titles is not just to stroke his own ego, it has an actual practical value to him.

Mr. Waathiq will use your name, company name, reputation, and integrity, to further his own ulterior goals that are based on scamming and skimming as much money as possible in the shortest possible amount of time (because everyone finds out about him sooner or later).

He will have no regard for your business, interest, or concerns even if he will pretend he has. In the end it is all about how he can use others as smokescreens and shields against possible legal and other trouble. Trouble that will easily present itself on your doorstep if you could be held liable and responsible for is actions.

Mr. Waathiq might offer you a position or stake in a "venture" or "company" he has started. If you agree to aid and assist him with that, or involve yourself as an officer of such a "venture" or "company" you can end up with serious trouble and you will be taking financial risks even if your actual cash investment may seem small to you.

He will proceed to use your resources and identity to impress others who he will also make part of the "venture", eventually leaving all of you with the problems, the debts, and the liability.

Mr. Waathiq will use your communication resources (phone, fax, internet, e-mail) for his fraudulent activities, leaving you with the aftermath. Do NOT ever allow this man use of your resources and do not count on just monitoring his usage to be sufficient to prevent trouble. Do NOT ever give him use of company stationary or corporate materials.

If Mr. Waathiq is unable to impress you by pretending he has knowledge and experience that demands you give him sufficient freedom he will try and do so by throwing a hissy-fit or start a yelling and shouting match with arguments in order to gain more ground. Do not fall for his shouting matches and screaming arguments because it is all an act to suppress any objections and concerns you may have about him and his actions.
