The following is a series of e-mail exchanges between the staff of www.google.com, www.yahoo.com and Mr. Waathiq, acting as the vice president of I.D.E.A. The Waathiq-Watch Web-Team will provide a narration with some background details. All this started with Mr. Waathiq attempting to get search engines to take down a site similar to this one that had information regarding his extremely questionable business practices and activities. Notice that he nagged at Google 36 times and still would not receive their cooperation in hiding all these facts about himself in the hope he could be free to continue the practices that this website highlights. Let's start off with the first response (after the 30th request !!!) Mr. Waathiq received.

Note that these messages were sent from I.D.E.A's computer systems to which, reportedly, Mr. Waathiq no longer had any access after December 22nd 2003.
We have asked Ms. Genie Laborde about this but she has not provided us with any comment regarding the vice presidency of Mr. Waathiq.

All and any legal matters referencec that clearly state NOT TO PUBBLISHED are being published at GOOGLE's. Please remove all cache material and other items related thereto includinding headers ASAP.

It is absolutely hilarious that Mr. Waathiq considers Google to be publishing these. Perhaps the concept of internet search engines never managed to manifest itself within the other brainwaves he suffers from. The court documents he wants to see removed are published, not by Google, not by a website of any third party, but by the USCOURTS.GOV. It is difficult to imagine that Mr. Waathiq does not know that this 'do not publish' refers to PRINT publishing. Perhaps Mr. Waathiq should go and sue the US Courts for publishing the 'damaging' material that has his name on it. At any rate it is more than evident that Mr. Waathiq wishes that nobody can read or have easy access to these court proceedings and documents that show Mr. Waathiq's self described 'business concerns'.

Mr. Waathiq follows up his own e-mail message to Google by forwarding it at least another few times to Google just to make sure they received his plea for help;

Much to Mr. Waathiq's delight this triggered a response from the Google webmaster (no surprises there given that the persistent mass e-mailing must feel like ordinary spam). But much less so to Mr. Waathiq's delight the response was not what he had hoped for and he proceeds to ask the webmaster how the removal process can be hurried and whether he will need to get a court order for Google to remove the pages he wishes nobody to see. Google decided to answer his questions to the best of their abilities;

As we explained previously, our robots crawl the web at least every 4-6 weeks. After a cache removal is processed, the title and url of the site will continue to appear in our search results until the next crawl. During this time, the live page will remain accessible. When our robots recrawl the web, this listing will no longer display as a search result for your query. We appreciate your patience during this process.

|| What needs to be done to speed this process up?

Several of the other sites you mention are still live on the web, and their current live versions appear to match out cache copies. In this situation, deleting our cache copy would not remove access to the material.

|| Please confirm which one's in my references that you are referring too.

Google.com is a US site regulated by US law. Google provides access to publicly available web pages, but does not control the content of any of the more than 3 billion pages currently in the index. Given this fact, and pursuant with section 230(c) of the Communications Decency Act, Google does not remove allegedly defamatory material from search results. You will need to work directly with the webmaster of the page in question to have this information removed or changed. Once the material has been modified on the site in question, Google search results will automatically be adjusted to match in a few weeks time.

This was not music to Mr. Waathiq's ears so he decided to punish the Google webmaster to the fullest extend possible... by sending another few forwards of his original questions and messages; (this is lesson 2 in "how to influence others with integrity by being a royal pain in the ass")

Once more after persistently nagging the Google staff who really can not help Mr. Waathiq the team was so kind as to respond. The Waathiq-Watch Web-Team nominates the Google team for the nnual patience award.

Please be assured that the pages under http://davidwaathiq.[sitename removed].com/ have had their cache copies removed. Regrettably, we're not able to speed up the process of removing the title and URL of the listing. Our update process is completely automated. Our routine crawls do occur at least every 4-6 weeks, however, so the listings should be removed soon. In the meantime, however, the removal of the cache copies does mean that no information previously held on these pages is accessible. These links now lead only to http://www.[sitename removed].com/ .

As we mentioned, some of the sites you refer to are still live on the web

To access the live page, click the link at the top of the listing. To access our cached copy, click the "Cached" link at the lower right corner of the listing. If the two pages match, then the live content matches our cached content. In this case, removing our cache will not remove access to the material (because it is available live on the web).

If the two pages do *not* match, then we will be happy to delete our cached copy. To delete a cached copy, we need the exact URL of the cached copy to delete. For example: www.mysite.com/domainname/page.html .

As we explained in our previous email, Google.com is a US site regulated by US law. If you'd like to remove material which is publicly available on line from our index, you will need to work directly with the webmaster of the page in question to have this information removed or changed.

Google is a provider of information, not a mediator. Even if we were able to eliminate the offending page from our index, it would still be on the Web. Every few weeks our robots sweep the Web for content. If the site is still available on the Web when we crawl, we will likely pick it up and add it to our index again. Only an administrator can, by including code that blocks our robots or placing a request with us, prevent his/her page from being listed. Without administrator cooperation we cannot exclude material available on the Internet from our index.

Please contact us if you are able to obtain the cooperation of the site's administrator. If you choose to pursue legal action against this site and that action results in the removal of the offending material from the Internet, Google's search results will mirror that change shortly after it is made on the site in question. We are sorry that we cannot be of more immediate assistance on this matter.

It is clear to anyone reading this that Mr. Waathiq does not like to be left powerless, without control, and without recourse and resources to prevent people from finding information about him and his 'business concerns'. In a final attempt at being heard (which gives this editor the impression he's like this annoying 50-something year old kid that is throwing a temper tantrum) he decides to grab all the 36 request messages along with responses and wraps them in the following message which he sent to Google and yahoo.

The parties who published the original defamatory information have now gone to another ISP (www.[name removed].com) and published all the same material reformatted and restated with more libelous content than was previously published See davidwaathiq@bonceme.net. I have contacted that ISP's headquarters as it pertains to their "terms for service" to clients where civil or criminal matters are concern when incorrect and defamatory information is being published on the servers. They have indicated a willingness to take our compliant seriously and investigate the matter fully to determined if policies have broken.

I request that this matter be assigned to your legal Department forthwith and that the URL's referenced be BLOCKED until the courts can sort out the issues and inevitable damages we have been inflicted. Further, I request you provide me with a history of the date- start and date- finish of any content published at davidwaathiq@[sitename removed].com. currently hiding behind a new ISP affiliation. We are asking that the new ISP discontinue publishing the URL's' referenced below with the suffix @bounceme.net and bounceme.htm. As for the URL ending in news/mdw.asp we will address that matter with the assistance of our attorney.

I expect that you will cooperated fully with our investigation and BLOCK all this material until the matter is settled in the courts. The damages incurred by me and my family have been substantial and we fully intend to pursue all parties culpable to the fullest extent of the law. Clearly, any review of the old and current material published at the URL's in question and presented at Goggle indicate that the parties are one in the same as is the derogatory content --we have significant evidence to prove same. Let's start with a dissection of M.D.Waathiq gibberish that he manages to write in the above e-mail. Mr. Waathiq claims that the parties who published the original facts, links, and material moved to another ISP. He couldn't be more wrong as anyone with any experience with the internet would be able to have detected. Then again, Mr. Waathiq also believes that 'internet creeps' are damaging his 'business activities'.

Mr. Waathiq is however correct that the new location and website contained more information, most of all was provided by Mr. Waathiq himself even though his intention was probably not to see it published on a new website that exposes his 'business concerns' (or what most people would call scams and fraudulent intentions). Mr. Waathiq is also extremely incorrect about contacting the ISP regarding the content published on their servers It was never hosted at any ISP and certainly not the organization that provided the domain name. Instead it was hosted on a privately owned computer system. Of course, we all know that Mr. Waathiq likes to just scream and yell when his activities are exposed and he does not mind thinking up a lot of lies or assuming things at random because it just happens to suit his needs at that particular moment in time.

It is also funny that Mr. Waathiq requests the legal departments of Google and Yahoo to get involved. Perhaps this is because Mr. Waathiq has difficulties getting legal representation because he has a tendency not to pay them (so that they end up on the long list of creditors he already has). He then gets so bold as to request of Google and Yahoo that they provide him with complete website and history of any content published on the website he wishes to go away. If we didn't know any better (but we do) this would sound like yet another one of his scams whereby he leverages his illusionary reputation and 'business concerns' to get others to do legwork or fieldwork for him... at no cost, of course.

The only person who has been hiding and is still trying to hide is Mr. Waathiq himself. Anyone with sufficient internet experience could have detected immediately where the web site was hosted. Even now with our newest host there is no mystery or hiding involved. Of course there is no reason to teach an old dog new tricks, now is there?

We have shared the above information with the company responsible for the link and press release that Mr. Waathiq claims he will address with the assistance of his attorney and received a response of which we were allowed to share a number of statements that were made.

It is interesting to see how Mr. Waathiq claims to undertake legal action while he does not have any money and has filed for bankruptcy so many times. Any money that would suddenly appear at Mr. Waathiq's personal or corporate disposal would be interesting for the courts and his long list of creditors. We expect Mr. Waathiq to be completely caught by surprise when he finally discovers that the parties are not the same. The pride of the Waathiq-Watch Web-Team is that we have taken content of an existing web-site and designed a completely new and exciting wrapper for it that will hopefully serve its purpose as a world wide warning against certain 'business concerns'. It is also no coincidence that most anti-scam and anti-fraud web-sites generally use the exact same yellow background. Maybe Mr. Waathiq will start making claims soon that all those sites are also done by the same party. The Waathiq-Watch Web-Team would love to see this evidence Mr. Waathiq claims to have because it is certainly another one of his assumptions or illusionary tactics to attempt to influence the minds of others (the dictionary would label it as "bullshit").

Our source of the above e-mails

Mr. Waathiq's persistent visits to this site along with the abundance of e-mails he sends to various places caused our server to receive a referrer link that led us directly to the page with e-mails. Mr. Waathiq should be more careful where he sends his e-mails because not everyone has decent servers and information can leak from the strangest and most innocent of places. The again, someone who thinks they can control the internet and flow of information on it must not be too aware of the insecurities of sending huge e-mail's to users with web-mail who then happen to click on the URL's that Mr. Waathiq had listed in those".

Of course, Mr. Waathiq will probably make wild claims and will start accusing anyone and everyone he considers to be an 'internet creep' because it suits him better that way, allows him to play the role of the poor and injured party, and because he can understand the vague mysticism of hacking while not being able to understand the cold hard facts and technical implications on how referrer fields in web logs work. As always, we have saved our evidence in a safe place if we need to counter any such wild accusations of 'stealing information'.
