The following is a letter that was sent by Sondra Carver on behalf of Mr. Waathiq. Mr. Waathiq had introduced and represented Sondra Carver as the attorney for his company. As a matter of fact, she is not an attorney as you can read here. After the letter we will dissect this compound of lies and half-truths to their proper fact. Mr. Waathiq, on the other hand, claims that all this is yet another "misunderstanding".

Regarding: Defamatory Information Retained in Cached Copy for David Waathiq

Dear S. D:

Google is retaining cached copy of a defamatory web site which has been removed. Legal action is being taken. The information represented by the web site is wholly untrue and without merit and has been removed by the disseminators. Since Google is duplicated in other search engines such as Yahoo, those search engines also retain this incorrect information. Google agreed to remove this cached copy immediately. Yahoo agreed to remove; however, their links to Google inhibit removal before Google removes this libelous information.

The disseminators defaming Mr. David Waathiq are the ones engaging in the illegal activity. They redirected Mr. Waathiq's web sites, stole his data base information, and attempted to acquire the clients in his data base by defaming his character, defrauding his clients and using, from what I understand now, the US mail, to perpetrate a continuing campaign directed toward Mr. Waathiq and his business relationships.

Legal action is continuing, all defamatory references to Mr. Waathiq on the perpetrators’ web sites have been removed. Cashed copies retained by various search engines are in the process of being removed. The FBI, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, has been contacted and is pursuing these individuals in direct relationship to their most recent contact by mail to your organization. Mail fraud is a federal offense and taken very seriously by this country.

Needless to say the communication you received by mail allegedly from Advanced Technology Publishing, Inc.'s treasurer was not sent by the treasurer or anyone connected with Advanced Technology Publishing Inc.

If you have any other questions, please contact me either by phone or fax. I am positive at this point that all E-mail Communications from Advanced Technology Publishing and all e-mails generally are too insecure for private business matters.

His Deceit, Lies, and Assumptions Exposed
Thanks to helpful sources and Mr. Waathiq's carelessness we have come into possession of conclusive evidence on how Mr. Waathiq uses a veil of deceit, lies, and wild assumptions to gain him whatever he needs at a particular time. The following pages are interesting to psychologists since they show the entire range of attempts at deceit. We will only be publishing parts of the material because we do not wish to embarrass Mr. Waathiq any further than is required to expose the facts.

Lie : In the first paragraph the claim is made that legal action is being taken.
Fact : No legal action was being taken at all. We have it on good authority that one or more websites were removed after Mr. Waathiq had others pay off his debts to some people he refused to pay for services rendered.
Lie : In the first paragraph the claim is made that whatever information was on the website that was being referred to was wholy untrue and without merrit.
Fact : We have it on good authortity (many) that it was all true and did have merrit. Several individuals managed to save a piece of the website that is being referred to and much of that information can also be found on this website. You can be your own judge whether it is wholy untrue and without merrit.
Lie : In the first paragraph the claim is made that Google has agreed to remove cached copies of the web pages immediately.
Fact : Google never agreed to that. In fact, Google was being Google and provided multiple proper and legal responses to the massive nagging that Mr. Waathiq undertook towards the Google Team. You can read all about that in detail on this page right here.
Lie : The entire second paragraph.
Fact : None of it could be or can be substantiated by Sondra Carver or Mr. Waathiq.
Wild assumption and accusation : The second paragraph regarding that the party that is being accused has used the US mail to harm Mr. Waathiq's business.
Fact : Nobody even mentioned there might be a relation since the accused party was an unknown party. Not long after this letter was sent was the actual source revealed yet the wild assumption that leads to the accusation in the letter was immediate, direct, untrue, unsubstantiated, and had no merrit.
Lie : Third paragraph: Legal action continues.
Fact : There never was any legal action. How can one continue something that never existed?
Very Big Lie : Third paragraph: The FBI is pursuing the party that is being accused.
Fact : The FBI didn't pursue anything or anyone regarding this. In fact, the FBI was never involved in any aspect at all. When the company that received this letter confronted Mr. Waathiq with the blatant lie and the fact that there was no case number, no special agent in charge of it, and certainly no pursuit of any kind it was once again deemed a 'misunderstanding' by Mr. Waathiq.
Wild assumption and accusation : Third paragraph: The FBI is pursuing the party in relation to mail contact.
Fact : There was no mail contact eminating from the accused party.
Wild assumption and accusation : Fourth paragraph: Mail was sent by the treasurer of ATP but it wasn't really sent by him.
Fact : This assumption was written down in the letter even before there was any communication regarding the source of the package. Also, the treasurer was NOT the treasurer of the company at all.
Lie : Last paragraph: Contacting Sondra Carver for questions.
Fact : Sondra Carver and Mr. Waathiq received a fax from the company they sent this letter to. In that the company inquired as to the cooperation and requested the details of the special agent and case number at the FBI. The fax also alegedly contained more details that indicated most of the letter that was sent was based on wild assumptions. Sondra Carver never responded, never answered any questions. There was never an FBI case in the first place.
Lie : Advanced Technology Publishing is referred to as an Inc.
Fact : It is not, it is a Delaware LLC !
