Mr. Waathiq has NOT registered the Advanced Technology Publishing LLC as a foreign business in California (a requirement for companies that are not registered within California). However, for official purposes like dealing with investors, Mr. Waathiq will pass off application for registration forms (neatly filled out but never submitted or properly registered) as the official proof and documentation that the business is registered. This makes Advanced Technology Publishing an illegitimate and illegal business in California. The IRS is usually NOT fond of these kinds of scams. There is sufficient proof and evidence that Mr. Waathiq does conduct 'business' (or what constitutes business by his definition) in California.

Because Mr. Waathiq uses this mail and post office box for his businesses and commercial operations it is required that he registers any foreign companies (companies that are registered in other states) in California. Mr. Waathiq knows this so please do not allow him to claim he is ignorant of this fact. He will probably have a nice story to tell you about how it isn't required but stories like that will not go very far with those who do know the facts and how business registration should be conducted.
