Most of the people mentioned above were fully aware of Mr. Waathiq's background, history, and financial situation and are considered to be or have been part of his operation or perhaps clueless victims that were entirely unaware of the risks they took by being associated with any Waathiq venture. Some even aided and supported Mr. Waathiq in his fraudulent activities. Like, amongst others, Ms. Carver who wrote a very compelling but deceitful letter on his behalf.

Were they aware of how the lie-and-deny strategy works?
Did they know about the lies (a.k.a. miscommunications) that were told?
Was, and is, Mr. Waathiq afraid they are going to find out about him?
Did they know they could end up as unpaid creditors?
Some even refused to pay other parties for services rendered that Mr. Waathiq had arranged in his usual ways.
Be very careful when dealing with people that Mr. Waathiq is, or claims to be, currently associated with. You may end up having to take actions against his associates if they are in any way responsible or liable for Mr. Waathiq's actions.

"If you ever have the displeasure of working for Mr. Waathiq make sure you get paid everything upfront
and also make sure your name does not become part of any publicity, events, or marketing efforts because you may come to
regret that ". "Do NOT ever help Mr. Waathiq by providing him aid and support so he can con people and businesses. Do not associate yourself with him unless you are willing to be fully or partially liable for being an officer in one of his scam companies. Do not ever allow Mr. Waathiq the use of your resources, equipment, phone numbers, or other assets unless you wish to be implicated in his scams. Do not contract or hire Mr. Waathiq if his position and job requires him to make deals or agreements with your customers and clients because you may come to regret that dearly".
